This week we celebrate our school administrators. We are grateful for all the hard work, dedication, and enthusiasm our school administrators put into their schools every single day. They do so much to help our students succeed, and it doesn't go unnoticed! Show your appreciation in any way you can—a handwritten note, their favorite snack, even just a "thank you"—and let them know you recognize their effort!
Join us for Star Wars Reads Day on Saturday, October 14, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. This fun filled day organized by the Etiwanda School District libraries will take place at the Barnes & Noble in Rancho Cucamonga. Activities are free and will include puzzles, crafts, story time, the Star Wars Amazing Race, a costume contest, a Lego building contest and more! The 501st will also be visiting participants during our event! We will have drawings for prizes. Our exciting author event is almost here! On Friday, September 8th, author Melissa de la Cruz will be present at our Escape Room Author Night at Barnes & Noble in Rancho Cucamonga from 5:30 p.m.–7:30 p.m. This fun-filled event supports our school libraries, and there will be activity stations, puzzles, and drawings. Attendees can earn an opportunity to meet Melissa de la Cruz for an autograph by purchasing her newest book, The Super Secret Octagon Valley Society. A percentage of in-store sales from this event will benefit our school libraries.
In observance of Labor Day, the district office and all school sites will be closed today.
