Hello everyone! My name is Megan Trevarthen and I teach 7th grade math and science here at Day Creek Intermediate School. My philosophy behind teaching is that I want my students to be excited about learning and I want to encourage myself to continue my educational and personal growth. My hobbies include playing soccer, traveling with my boyfriend, serving at my church, cooking, and watching movies. Let's make it a great year in 7th grade by remaining safe, respectful, and responsible at all times!

The UA period adds an extended instructional period to the school day by where students are grouped based on standardized data, district assessments, common formative assessments, and classroom performance. All students are grouped by academic target areas for UA classes. UA classes are designed to meet the unique academic needs of students by offering multiple levels of differentiated flexible classes.
