Hello and welcome! My name is Ms. Gonzales and I am a 6th grade Language Arts and Social Studies teacher here at Day Creek. DCIS is an incredible school with a strong professional community, which directly impacts the social-emotional and academic success of our students. I am so excited to work alongside my amazing 6th grade team in supporting your students as they transition into, and thrive in, middle school!
I have a formal background in Art and Art History and will be teaching STEM Art II for my elective. I enjoy painting, hiking, going to concerts, and spending time with friends and family.
